RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
WIXSON products are meticulously constructed to ensure the highest quality for its customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.
Returns are accepted within ten (10) days of delivery; by completing and submitting our Return Request you will receive an email containing and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Print the RMA, a copy must be included with your shipment. Follow the shipping instructions below. Once received, WIXSON will quality control the merchandise and you will be notified via email.
WIXSON accepts merchandise returns that strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
- All products must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;
- All Products must be sent in the original packaging and with all tags attached;
- All products belonging to one Order Number must be sent at the same time and in one single shipment.
Briefs, underpants and panties should be tried on over your own undergarments, and without removing the protective adhesive strip. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any briefs, panties or underpants that have been tried on with direct skin contact, and/or where the protective adhesive strip has been removed/altered.
Please use care when trying on a garment for fit. Creams, make-up, perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged, thus making it ineligible for return. If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the sender at the purchaser's expense.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items. Padded/molded items must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage. Merchandise that is poorly packaged, damaged or altered in such a way as to render the items unsalable will be refused and returned to the customer.
Each garment, whether being shipped or received, is inspected by WIXSON to ensure quality control. In the event a customer receives defective merchandise, WIXSON will provide a refund or replacement of the same style and size, provided the item is in stock and the return meets all other return guidelines.
WIXSON reserves the right – in its sole discretion - to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. By placing an order on wixsonparis.com you are consenting to this policy.
GIFT RETURNS
Gift returns are subject to the WIXSON Returns & Exchange Policy. All eligible gift returns will be credited to the gift recipient’s WIXSON Account in the form of store credit. Credits to WIXSON Accounts do not expire. Gift return requests made beyond 10 days of purchase need to be approved by WIXSON. While we endeavor to accommodate reasonable requests, WIXSON reserves the right to refuse any return beyond 10 days.

RETURNS SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped prepaid – to the address below - through a reputable and traceable shipping provider, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or Insured Parcel Post. WIXSON is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping. Many shipping providers offer insurance in case of loss or damage. All return shipping costs including, but not limited to, packaging, pick-up, insurance and shipping rates are non-refundable.
All returns require proof of delivery confirmation.

REFUNDS
We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from wixsonparis.com. Customers looking for a change within the identical style purchased are eligible for an exchange, provided the merchandise received by WIXSON complies with the WIXSON Return & Exchange Policy. All other returns that comply with the WIXSON Returns & Exchange Policy will be refunded, and any new items will be purchased under a new Order Number. Customers eligible for a refund may elect to have the amount of their return credited to their WIXSON Account or the payment method used at the time of purchase. Credits to WIXSON Accounts do not expire. Please note, WIXSON does not refund any shipping costs whatsoever.
Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by WIXSON. All merchandise eligible for refund will be credited to the original payment method used when completing the order. Please note that refunds involving a credit card (including PayPal transactions utilizing a credit card) can take up to ten (10) business days to reflect on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. For PayPal customers using their PayPal balance or linked bank account, the refund to your PayPal account is usually immediate.
All sales taxes will be refunded on orders shipped within the US and Canada. For returns shipped outside the U.S. and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through WIXSON. Customers may be able to recover these expenses by contacting their local customs bureau directly.
